- How do I place an order?
- Select a service from the catalog, paste your public social-media link, choose the quantity, and confirm. Delivery starts automatically within minutes.
- How long does an order take to complete?
- Processing time varies by service. Most orders start within 0–1 hour and complete within 24–72 hours depending on the requested quantity and the service you picked.
- I placed an order but it hasn't started — what's going on?
- Most orders start within an hour. If yours is still Pending, it's usually because one of these applies: • Your profile or post is private (most common) • The link has a typo or the post was deleted • The post is very new and hasn't been picked up yet • The service is temporarily full and your order is queued If your order remains Pending after 2–3 hours, email the order ID to [email protected] and we'll review it for you.
- What if my order is not completed?
- If an order can't be filled completely, you receive a partial refund to your account balance for the remaining amount. Check the Orders page for details.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Orders that are still Pending can be cancelled. Once an order starts processing it can't be cancelled. Contact support if you need help.
- How do I top up, and what if my deposit doesn't show up?
- Go to the Deposit page and follow the on-screen instructions. Send USDT to the address shown — we support TRC-20 (Tron) and BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain). The balance is credited automatically once the network confirms the transaction (typically 1–5 minutes). If your balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, the most common causes are: the wrong network (e.g. sending TRC-20 to a BEP-20 address), insufficient confirmations on a congested chain, or a transaction stuck in the mempool. Wait for additional confirmations first. If the on-chain transaction is fully confirmed but your wallet still isn't credited, email the transaction hash to [email protected] and we'll credit it manually.
- Is my account information secure?
- Yes. We never ask for your social-media passwords — only the public link to your profile or post. We do not store credit-card or bank data; all top-ups settle on-chain in USDT.
- Does my profile or post need to be public?
- Yes — and this is the most common reason an order fails to start. Your profile or post must stay public from the moment you place the order until it shows as Completed. If it's set to private or deleted during that time, our system can't reach it and the order will pause. To verify: open your link in an incognito or private window. If it loads without logging in, we can deliver to it.
- Will followers or likes drop, and do you offer refills?
- A small amount of drop is common across every social platform and every SMM service. Claims of "100% no-drop guaranteed" are not realistic. What we do guarantee: any service marked with a refill badge will be topped back up automatically if the count falls below what you ordered. The refill period is clearly shown on each service before purchase.
- How do I get the Collaborator or Dealer discount?
