Please read carefully before placing an order to avoid surprises.

Important notice

By using engagement services, you accept all risk to your account, page, or content. The service is intended for marketing, seeding, and content-testing purposes — it is not recommended for primary personal accounts or high-value brand accounts.

This guide is an integral part of the Terms of service. Continuing to use the service confirms you have read, understood, and agree to both documents.

1. Overview

Engagement services help you increase visibility metrics such as likes, follows, views, shares, and reactions.

The service fits marketing, seeding, and content-testing use cases. It is not recommended for primary personal accounts or high-value accounts.

2. Things to know before using the service

  • The service cannot guarantee absolute safety for an account or page.
  • Social platforms can change their algorithms at any time.
  • Engagement may arrive slowly, unevenly, or drop.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeLikes limits its liability for incidents caused by third-party social platforms — including reduced visibility, content removal, temporary or permanent suspensions. Any compensation is bounded by the limit set out in the Terms of service.

3. Valid-link rules

We only support links that are public and fully functional. The following are not supported:

  • Private or non-public links
  • Posts with likes/comments/shares disabled
  • Accounts restricted by region
  • Content that violates the platform's policy
  • Malformed or deleted links

⚠️ Orders that fail these rules may be cancelled.

4. Cancellation and processing fee

  • Orders with wrong, broken, or unprocessable links are cancelled.
  • Cancellation processing fee: $0.20 / order. This is a technical processing fee (covering API calls, link validation, and data handling), not a penalty.
  • No refunds for orders that have already started or recorded engagement.

5. Speed and quantity of engagement

  • Delivery speed varies by service and time of day.
  • When a server is overloaded, pick another server or try again in a few minutes.
  • We do not guarantee 100% delivery in every case.

6. Reactions / emoji mix

  • When you select multiple reaction types: Like may account for over 90%, with the rest distributed across the other chosen reactions.
  • The exact ratio per emoji is not guaranteed.

7. Refill warranty and refunds

"Refill warranty" on PrimeLikes means we will top up engagement that has dropped (e.g. lost likes or follows) during the warranty window stated on each service. A refill warranty is not a refund and we do not guarantee that the result is preserved forever.

  • Only applies to services that explicitly state a warranty policy with a corresponding window.
  • Does not apply when: drops are caused by a platform algorithm change, content is flagged as sensitive or policy-violating, or the customer edits/deletes the post during the run or warranty window.
  • Approved refunds (if any) are credited to the account balance only and have no cash redemption value except where legally required.

8. Safe-use recommendations

  • Don't boost large amounts in a short window.
  • Don't run multiple services against the same link at once.
  • Don't use the service on your primary personal account.
  • Test with a small quantity before placing a larger order.

9. User responsibilities

You take full responsibility for:

  • The content you publish.
  • Ownership of the target account or page.
  • Any risk and consequence arising from using the service.

10. Final terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.
  • Update or modify these rules without prior notice.

Continued use of the service means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above.
