PrimeLikes respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over your data.

2.1. Data you provide directly

  • Account information: name, email, hashed password, and any contact details you choose to provide.
  • Order information: public social-media links you submit for engagement, the service selected, and the requested quantity.
  • Payment information: cryptocurrency wallet addresses you send from, transaction hashes, and amounts. We do not handle credit-card or bank data — all top-ups are settled on-chain in USDT.

2.2. Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, OS, device type, language, timezone.
  • Usage data: pages visited, timestamps, interactions inside the platform.
  • Cookies & local storage: used to keep you signed in, store your interface preferences, and produce aggregate usage analytics.

2.3. Data we deliberately do NOT collect

  • Passwords to your social-media accounts — we only ever need the public link to a profile or post.
  • Sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, political opinion, religion, etc.) unless legally required or voluntarily provided.

3. How we use your data

PrimeLikes uses your personal data to:

  • Operate the platform and fulfil engagement orders.
  • Manage your account, authenticate logins, and protect your session.
  • Credit USDT top-ups, reconcile on-chain payments, and maintain your account balance.
  • Provide customer support, resolve disputes, and send order-related notifications.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Produce aggregate or anonymised analytics to improve the product.
  • Send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by contacting support.

4. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent — when you register and agree to this policy, and for any opt-in marketing.
  • Contract performance — to deliver the services you order.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.

5. Sharing data with third parties

PrimeLikes does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data for commercial gain. We only share data in the following cases:

  • Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, payment-confirmation services.
  • Engagement suppliers — we forward only the public link and the requested quantity. We do not pass your name, email, or any identifier.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — when compelled by a valid legal request.
  • Corporate transactions — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected users.

All third parties are required to handle your data with security measures equivalent to ours. However, PrimeLikes is not responsible for any data handling carried out by engagement suppliers or third parties beyond the scope of our instructions to them.

6. Data storage and international transfers

  • Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) that may process data in multiple regions. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider-level safeguards for any cross-border transfer.
  • Retention: for as long as your account is active, plus up to 2 years after account deletion, except where longer retention is legally required (e.g. financial recordkeeping).
  • After the retention period, data is deleted or fully anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right to be informed about how we process your data.
  • Right to consent or to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access and rectification of your personal data.
  • Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), except for data we are legally required to keep.
  • Right to restrict processing in certain cases.
  • Right to object to processing for marketing purposes.
  • Right to data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with PrimeLikes or a competent data-protection authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • HTTPS/TLS 1.2+ encryption across the entire platform.
  • Passwords hashed with a secure algorithm (PBKDF2/bcrypt).
  • Internal least-privilege access controls.
  • Regular backups and a disaster-recovery plan.
  • 24/7 monitoring and intrusion detection.

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a material data breach, we will notify affected users and, where required, the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware.

PrimeLikes uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in (essential cookies).
  • Remember language and interface preferences.
  • Produce aggregate, anonymised traffic analytics.

Continuing to use the platform means you accept the use of cookies described in this policy. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, but this may affect sign-in and other features.

10. Children
