Terms of service

1. Introduction

Welcome to PrimeLikes ("we", "PrimeLikes", or "the Platform"). PrimeLikes provides social-media engagement (SMM) services including likes, follows, views, shares, and comments for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter/X, and others.

By accessing, registering, or using any PrimeLikes service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of service together with our Service guide and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. User accounts

2.1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration.
  • One primary account per individual or organisation.

2.2. Account security

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
  • Notify PrimeLikes immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • PrimeLikes will never ask for your social-media passwords — we only need a public link to a profile or post.

3. Scope of service

PrimeLikes acts as an intermediary providing visibility-metric services (likes, follows, views, etc.) intended for marketing, seeding, and content testing. Per-service detail — valid-link rules, processing speed, refill warranty, and cancellation fees — is described in the Service guide, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The service is not intended for primary personal accounts or high-value brand accounts. Please consider the risks before using it on accounts that matter.

PrimeLikes is not a partner, agent, or official representative of any social-media platform (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). All platform names and logos are mentioned solely to describe the service and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Payments and top-ups

  • All orders are paid from your PrimeLikes account balance. You top up in advance using supported payment methods (USDT cryptocurrency).
  • Account balances have no cash redemption value after deposit, except where legally required or where PrimeLikes approves a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • You are responsible for any network or transaction fees charged by the blockchain or third-party payment infrastructure.
  • PrimeLikes may refuse, hold, or reverse top-ups that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

5. Orders, cancellation, and refunds

  • Orders are processed automatically based on the service and link you submit. You are responsible for reviewing the details before confirming.
  • Orders with wrong, invalid, deleted, or unsupported links will be cancelled. Each cancellation incurs a processing fee of $0.20 / order. This is a technical processing fee (covering API calls and data handling) and not a penalty.
  • No refunds are issued for orders that have already started or recorded engagement. Approved refunds (if any) are credited to your account balance.
  • PrimeLikes does not guarantee 100% delivery in every case; results depend on platform algorithms and supply conditions.

6. User responsibilities and risk

By using the service, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Ownership of, and lawful right to use, the account or page you order engagement for.
  • The legality and appropriateness of the content receiving engagement.
  • Any risks that may arise: reduced visibility, removed content, temporary or permanent account suspension by the social-media platform's algorithm or policies.

PrimeLikes is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, reputational damage, or losses arising from actions taken by third-party social-media platforms.

You understand and agree that using engagement services may violate the Terms of Service of platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. PrimeLikes makes no commitment to comply on your behalf and is not responsible for any consequences of such violations, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or terminations.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for content that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction: terrorism, incitement to violence, fraud, obscene material involving minors, or content that infringes a third-party right.
  • Order engagement for accounts or pages you do not lawfully own, or use the service to harass, defame, or invade the privacy of others.
  • Use the service to launder funds or for any other illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to attack, probe, or interfere with PrimeLikes infrastructure (DDoS, SQL injection, API reverse engineering, etc.).
  • Use bots, scripts, or unauthorised API access to create bulk orders beyond your account's rate limits.

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and referral to the relevant authorities without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, source code, design, and content on PrimeLikes are owned by PrimeLikes and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeLikes' total financial liability to any user shall not exceed the user's account balance at the time the claim arose. PrimeLikes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Force majeure

PrimeLikes is not liable for delays, interruptions, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Social-media platforms changing algorithms, APIs, or policies in a way that prevents service delivery.
  • Third-party engagement suppliers pausing or ceasing operations.
  • Blocking or rate-limiting of PrimeLikes accounts, IPs, or API access by any platform.
  • Infrastructure incidents: power outage, network failure, cloud provider issues.
  • Natural disaster, pandemic, war, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism.
  • Government or regulatory order or change in applicable law.
  • Cyber attack (DDoS, ransomware) beyond reasonable control.

In such cases PrimeLikes will use reasonable efforts to restore service and notify users, but has no obligation to refund orders placed before or during the event.

11. Suspension and termination

  • PrimeLikes may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or upon a valid request from a competent authority.
  • You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

12. Changes to these Terms

PrimeLikes may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in a neutral forum, with each party bearing its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Entire agreement. These Terms of service, together with the Service guide and Privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between PrimeLikes and you regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreement, communication, or commitment (oral or written) on the same subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
